The Carriage House at Walnut Pond

Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our vegetable/herb garden, a log cabin build in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. It’s a short walk to Downtown Easton and the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, and Lafayette College is a 5 minute drive away. Using major routes, Bethlehem is about 15 miles, Allentown is about 20 miles, Philadelphia is about 70 miles, and NYC is about 75 miles. This cute little house is an excellent home base for all your adventures, or for a peaceful and quiet getaway.
