Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind. At Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by farmland. A NEW private HOT TUB, firepit, bbq and seating area within the paddock. A short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine.

Beautiful, spacious Shepherd’s Hut with kitchenette, en-suite shower & toilet. 1 minute walk to Bracklesham beach. 8 minutes walk to Rewild beachside sauna Off-street parking on drive. Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators. TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Simply lovely South Downs Shepherd hut

Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Being close to a road the sound of traffic is audible. If you are walking the South Downs Way and want to book for one night only please contact me, we may be able to accommodate you.

Our Shepherds Hut is nestled on the edge of the South Downs National Park & is within easy reach of Brighton. Our cosy well equipped hut provides a bolt hole for a romantic mini break, nearby pubs include The Ginger Fox & The Shepherd & Dog, both serving incredible seasonal food. We have wonderful walks on our doorstep & acres of land to explore. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

Comfy and cosy hut in stunning private location

The shepherd's hut is located in a private and peaceful spot on our smallholding, on the outskirts of the South Downs National Park. The hut has great amenities and is heated. It has great access to footpaths and local shops and pubs. We are fortunate enough to have some wonderful wildlife here, including deer, birds of prey and woodpeckers. As well as our rare breed sheep and pigs. Issy is a land agent and Geoff is a tree surgeon, so we have a keen interest in nature and the environment.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Chichester delightful Shephds hut, private garden.

A beautiful, newly built spacious Shepherds hut with own garden and storage area for boards, bikes and Wetsuits. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.

Truffles Barn is a modern barn conversion, completed 2023, over-looking a wild flower meadow situated in the heart of the Witterings. Local pubs, footpaths, shops & the sea are just minutes away. Guests enjoy a large open-plan interior space, plus a fantastic garden area with hot tub (as an optional extra), en-suite shepherds hut, fire pit & outdoor dining areas. Great for a peaceful & relaxed group or family break (not suitable for stag/hen do’s/party groups unfortunately).
