This location offers quick access to festivals, parades, Blue Angel shows, Pensacon & the Blue Wahoo’s Stadium. Rest up for the McGuire’s or Double Bridge runs. Free parking. NO SMOKING!

The Cypress House was built in 1908 & renovated in a coastal theme. It is very clean, cozy & offers the feeling of home away from home. The Oar House seafood restaurant is 1 block away & Bahia Mar Marina is directly across the street. The house is close to the downtown historical district, beaches, museums, restaurants/bars, the Wahoos Stadium & Pensacola NAS is 4 miles away. The house includes a FULL kitchen, fenced-in backyard with a shower and fish-cleaning area. All guests are welcome!

Take the kayaks to the bayou for a nice paddle where dolphins play. Screened porch for coffee, drinks or a meal outside. EAST HILL - Bayview Park Private Carriage House

Maggie's Carriage House is a professionally decorated carriage house in the historic East Hill neighborhood. We are one block from Bayview Park - you can enjoy walks, paddle boarding and kayaking. The carriage house has a private entrance at the back of the property. At 700sf, it has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, king bedroom with second TV, and a full bath with washer/dryer. 1 mile to Publix 10 min. to the airport 5-10 min. to downtown Pensacola 10-15 min. to the beach

Edgewater Guest House

Its palm tree shaded yard with large deck, gas grill, seating and hammock is conveniently located only minutes to interstate 10, Pensacola's Airport, downtown and beautiful, sugar white beaches and turquoise water.

Steps from Bayview Park including small and large dog parks, dog beach, tennis courts, workout area, boat ramp, Bayview Center & more. 5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Pensacola Beach. While attached to the main house, the guest suite is its own private space, with a separate entrance, temperature control, driveway parking for 2 and room for a small boat. We’ll do anything to make your stay great!

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
