Our tiny house was custom built in 2022 and is located in beautiful East Hill. Our place is centrally located just minutes from PNS airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! It is also just a short walk to Bayou Texar and Bayview park. The tiny house is a completely private space with driveway parking for 2 cars and your own patio area! Enjoy beautiful views of the Bayou from the dining room table or the patio area. We'll do anything we can to make your stay great!

Edgewater Guest House

This newly remodeled cottage-style guest house features warm wood ceilings and an open layout that creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed, two TVs, a small living area and a fully equipped kitchen and bar seating. Location - 4 miles to Downtown Pensacola - 3 miles to NAS - 1 mile away from the best antique stores in town - 5 min away from Walmart - 23 min from the beach Washer and dryer available for stays 5 days or longer

Beautifully remodeled and updated in the summer of 2017, this vintage 1943, one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen cottage home is located in classic East Pensacola Heights. This 570 sq foot home is located in a safe, family oriented, quiet neighborhood. Its palm tree shaded yard with large deck, gas grill, seating and hammock is conveniently located only minutes to interstate 10, Pensacola's Airport, downtown and beautiful, sugar white beaches and turquoise water.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
