Cable TV is included, with a second Apple TV! The hot tub is yours on your stay, to be shared with the tiny home in our backyard. We are 25 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from 2 malls, and 5 minutes from the 2 interstates. We are conveniently near Walmart, Smiths, and CVS for last minute grabs!

Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located unit. With a fireplace, steam shower, shuffle board, stand up arcade game, and skeeball, there is plenty to keep everyone busy. There is a California king, comfortable 2nd king and a full over twin bunk bed. The bedrooms both have large walk in closets. Each bedroom has its own tv, along with stylish simple decorations. There is a large very well appointed kitchen that is open to the dining area and living room.

Come experience a part of history as you cozy up in the first Mormon church & school in South Salt Lake. Built in 1880 & restored in 2011, enjoy all the old charm with new and high end luxury. Close to I-15/ SLC airport/downtown 25/ SKIING 30/Provo 30 min or less away. AMAZING GARDEN OASIS. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have off-street parking and your own entrance. You are welcome to enjoy our backyard garden full of a variety of foliage, a pergola for outdoor eating, and a spacious swing/ lounge that can be a bed. COME--RELAX. Inside you have a queen-sized bedroom, a single-bed and 2 air beds. The space includes amenities and kitchen, bath, laundry, and living room. This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
