The cottage is set in a rural location where you can look out from all rooms across the fields, spotting horses, sheep and cows. The cottage is animal and children friendly, with plenty of walks straight from the door. The living space is open planned with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The ground floor is all on one level suitable for wheelchair access with a ramp to the front door. Also features a large walk in bathroom on the ground floor.Lifts to and from venues available p.o.a

Close to a number of vineyards, Brighton, Gatwick and Goodwood its also a central location to explore West Sussex or to stay at while visiting friends and family.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Pump House has immediate access to footpaths and bridleways with views of the surrounding countryside, ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to explore the Sussex countryside. One mile from the pretty village of West Chiltington with its church, pub and stores and a short distance from the South Downs. Places to visit include Arundel, RSPB Pulborough Brooks, Parham House, 'Glorious' Goodwood , vineyard tours/wine tasting and the rewilding at Knepp Castle.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
