The perfect spot for a relaxing countryside break but within easy reach of the many attractions that Mid Wales and Shropshire have to offer. The footpaths on our doorstep give you an excellent opportunity to explore mid Wales. This will be appreciated by any four-legged friends that accompany you on your holiday as our cottages are dog friendly.

The lodge

A newly renovated cottage attached to the barns of the main hall , with private parking and your own access. It is a perfect base for dog and hill walking. The lodge is surrounded by the fabulous Shropshire hills, a 5 minute walk to the nearest pub yet just 20 minute away from the centre of Shrewsbury. There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks of you have a dog that needs a run around! Sports massage available next door on request !

Located amongst the picturesque Mid Wales countryside, just northwest of Welshpool, Stabal y Nant Cottage offers a charming and luxurious holiday retreat for up to 4 people, with a cosy living room and kitchen area downstairs, and double bedroom and twin beds upstairs. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings on our outdoor BBQ decking area, by the pond and stream below or on a nearby walk. It Sleeps 4, there is a kingsize bed and two singles in the second bedroom. Recently refurbished throughout with a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
