This is a small cottage, an old home built around 1900. It is right across the street from Earlham College, and just off Historic Nat’l Road/Highway 40. We are an easy walk to a grocery, medical care, a hardware store, restaurants, and churches. The Whitewater Gorge & Cardinal Greenway Trail is also within walking distance. We keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest home. This listing includes: two private bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, bath and living/dining room.

The place is kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.
