Private entrance, 1 Queen bed downstairs, and two Twin beds in the loft, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Access to the large back yard with great mountain views, and over 200 feet of Wasilla lake frontage. In Summer you can Canoe, Kayak, and stand up paddle board to explore Wasilla Lake and Cottonwood Creek. In Winter, ice skating, ice fishing, and snow machining are permitted on the lake.

In winter snow machine ski, ice skate, ice fish. During Holidays watch Fireworks or light a fire on the lake. There is 1 king, 1 bunk bed twin, 2 fulls, 2 queens, 2 futons . There is ping pong, foosball, corn hole, horseshoes & workout machines. We offer rentals of paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, fishing poles.

Grilling on the deck or a bonfire ( ask for firewood) overlooking the lake are great evening activities. Not the outdoor type, you’ll find this a peaceful place to unwind. Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Located in Wasilla, AK next door to the Best Western and Chophouse, this 3,000 sq. ft. home features 3 floors of living space, sleeping accommodations for 14, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV's, washer and dryer, outdoor BBQ, game room in garage and private dock.

Tranquil Lakeside Retreat

The retreat offers a calming view of the lake. There is wifi, a full kitchen, queen bed, living room area, dining table, full bath, and a large picture window looking out on the lake. The large kitchen table doubles as a workspace with ergonomic chair. I can bring in a folding twin bed on request. A large deck offers views and dining options in the summer. Northern lights can be seen in the winter from the large picture window.
