En af Sewards ældste bygninger og oprindeligt et pensionat fra de gamle jernbanedage, kom og bliv en del af Sewards historie. Denne udlejning er blevet fuldstændig renoveret, men vi beholdt noget af den gamle charme. Fantastisk gåsti 1 blok væk, der fører til den lille bådhavn 1 km væk. Lille, men malerisk.
