This family friendly home is less than 2 miles from Walmart and restaurants. Wifi, Netflix, Starz, Prime video are included with your stay. There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee in our breakfast nook overlooking pristine greenery. Miles of uninterrupted forest create a peaceful surrounding especially when evenings are spent by the firepit. Reclaimed cypress walls create a cozy feel and makes this the perfect home base for your Florida adventures.

The Honey Hole

Welcome to the Honey Hole- a bass slayers dream! Nestled on the edge of White Western Lake, this duplex unit has everything you need to escape the city, all while maintaining proximity to a number of other desirable attractions such as the recreational bliss of Econfina Creek (approx. 12 mi), the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach (appox. 25 mi), and the otherworldly experience of the Florida Caverns (approx. 50 mi). Guests must be 25+ years of age or minors accompanied by an adult.

Latitude Adjustment

This is a beautiful lake side home with some of the best sunsets in Florida. The home is set up with all the conveniences that you would expect a home to have. You'll come in to an open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room. The master bedroom has it's own bath and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom. A washer and dryer are available. The home also has a Florida room that looks out on the lake (Awesome sunsets!). One of my favorite places is the dock on the lake.

Red Cabin Nature, Serenity, and Country

This is a very private house with views of a local farm and a pond. Two covered porches, large dining and living areas, and everything provided. Less than an hour from Panama City Beach or Chipley Florida. One bedroom and two futons in the living room makes room for 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Small shed out back to store personal items. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent neighors that are hardly seen or heard. Farm is far enough away to enjoy the view without the pests or noise.

Peace and quiet. 2 min away, our neighbor offer a private dock/boat launch for $5 dollars a car. 40 minutes away are beautiful beaches. Crystal clear springs nearby. Enjoy the beach, shops/food, stop by the dock to fish, then relax on your own private 200 wooded acres and take a nature hike.
