Dune Villa - Santa Rosa Beach /30-A

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Welcome to our little slice of heaven on earth! This tiny home sits on 40 acres with its own private lake full of fish and wildlife. You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, PDL Springs, Vortex Springs, or Econfina all within an hour. Please ask about water level of lake before booking!

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

"Lil Bear Cabin"

Secluded on 50 acres in the Firefly forest & less than 1 hour to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, this cabin comes with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and kitchen, The covered porch is great for grilling, relaxing and enjoying wildlife. There is a fresh water pond that is stocked and ready for fishing. No off-road vehicles or discharging of firearms. 1 pet allowed. Sorry , no cats are allowed.
