The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

Newly rebuilt (2025) lakefront retreat on Lake Centralia built to entertain. Enjoy coffee on the patio, sunset drinks at the dock, and relax in the hot tub under the covered porch. This 1,800 sq ft home offers 2 bedrooms + loft (4 Twin XL beds), 2 baths, open living, full kitchen, EV charger, dedicated workstation, multiple fire pits, WiFi, and indoor/outdoor dining. Private dock, peaceful views, optional tritoon rental - must include captain provided. Pet-friendly (small dogs with approval).

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

We are only 5.1 miles from the magnificent historic Cedarhurst Center for the Arts and 18 miles from the beautiful Rend Lake. Our property has been made with the conveniences of being ADA accessible. A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.

There is a huge yard to run around and play in or nice to sit by a fire and relax. Less than ten miles away is boat access to Illinois largest lake. A little farther than that you can have beach access to the same lake.
