If you are working it's all set up. Has a double bed but if you ask we have a child's single or a baby cot. We also can loan for free a couple of bikes and helmets and can also give advice on the best places to cycle or walk. Surrounded by farmland on the main tourist route between Waitomo/Hobbiton/Rotorua/Karapiro/Cambridge. We live downstairs with our 3 children, cat & dog. You are welcome to use our swimming pool, spa (hot tub), tennis court & BBQ area (with fire pit). Perfect accommodation for singles, couples or families!

Grandviews Apartment, Rotorua

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
