This 1880s home has been restored to its original glory with original wood floors, trim and brick interior. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a finished basement and finished attic with a 6th bed and provides space for 12-16 guests. The home features spacious rooms with 10 foot ceilings new bathrooms and has been completely remodeled. It’s a new house in an old shell!

Established in January 2025, Marjory’s Cottage House honors the rich heritage and enduring spirit of the home originally built in 1951 by Floyd L. Erdahl. Located on Vernon Street, the house was constructed from a Gamble Store Home Construction Kit at a cost of just $5,000—a testament to postwar ingenuity and craftsmanship. Today, Marjory’s Cottage House stands not only as a place of warmth and memory but also as a tribute to the legacy of a family deeply rooted in the fabric of its community.
