This is entire third floor (NOT entire place) of Georgetown townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants

Georgetown Modern Chic 1 Bedroom

Reopening to Covid conscious guests who understand the cooperation between guest and host for a clean and safe place while visiting Washington, DC. Many historic restaurants have outdoor dining as well as carry out. More locations will be opening soon and this is still a great walking city. Please inquire for extended stay. Transportation is easy and close by. Access to Georgetown University, George Washington University as well as their respective hospitals are very short distances.

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
