Summer Breeze Terrace - Private Garden Suite

Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.

Living/Dining combo with kitchen corner featuring a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and a water cooler. Relax on the big, comfy couch and love seat with large 55” tv. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and work desk. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. Towels, soap and shampoo are supplied. You are welcome to share our little backyard oasis and gas fire pit.

The Marina House

Our guest house is located on the grounds of Becher Bay Marina and to the left of E. Sooke park. The Marina's quiet beach and friendly neighborhood make for a memorable stay. The house is fully equipped everything you need to make outstanding meals. I am so pleased to announce that our beloved Marina House has just undergone an extensive Renovation. Newly built 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house located 15 minutes north of Victoria and 10 minutes south of Victoria International Airport. There is room for the entire family with 3 full sized bedrooms each with a queen bed. In the kitchen you'll find stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Lots of amenities for families including a PS4, 4K TVs, games and toys for boys and girls as well as a full sized dining room with room for everyone including your pets.
