You’ll love my place because it is a step back into 1895, but upgraded with modern amenities! You can walk or bike to the beach, the Ventura County Fairgrounds & downtown Ventura's restaurants, boutiques, Farmer's Market and theaters. Two blocks to the Ventura River bike trail which goes down to the pier/boardwalk and the Ojai bike/horse trails.

This adorable cottage is right across from the footbridge to the beach/pier and is walking distance to downtown Ventura! It is nestled behind a historic Victorian home built in 1886 by the Captain Robert Sudden! Guests have their own private front porch, kitchen, bathroom, living space etc. There is also a large yard with a hammock for relaxing! Enjoy complimentary coffee, waters, and beach gear!

Located two blocks from the beach, 1 mile south of the Ventura pier and 3 miles north of the Ventura harbor. Across the street from San Buenaventura park and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Knowledgeable on the area and would love to help with information regarding fun things to do, see, and eat!!
