Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

This accommodation is ideal for families and couples, but no pets are allowed.

Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

2022 neu erbautes Studio (ca. 35 m2, Erdgeschoss). Das Studio befindet sich im ausgebauten Heustall vom Engadinerhaus "Chasa Pütvia" aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Zentrale Lage an Quartierstrasse, wenige Schritte zum Skibus/Postauto und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum Scuol mit Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Wellnessbad "Bogn Engiadina" entfernt. Zum Langlaufzentrum und Loipe sind es ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten. Belegung bis 2 Personen (Kleinkinder nicht inbegriffen).

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. Unsere Wohnungen befinden sich im Komplex des Ferienpark Tulai. Das Gebäude besteht aus 113 Wohnungen. Wir verfügen über 10 Wohnungen (alle Richtung Süden gerichtet) welche wir in den letzten Jahren komplett renoviert haben. Das Studio bietet mit seinen über 50m2 grosszügigen Platz für 2 Personen. Sie sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und laden zum Entspannen und Geniessen ein.
