High speed wifi and television. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck and walk to the beautiful neighborhood Hyder Park around the corner. Very conveniently located to Nob Hill, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, shopping, UNM & the sports complexes in a very walkable neighborhood. 5 minutes from the airport!!

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.
