This annex has a double bedroom with lovely views! Parking on the road outside. We are right next door, so just call! There is a lounge, a toilet/ shower room, a dining room, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and washing machine. There's a private seating area outside the front door with beautiful views across Exeter and open countryside. The Uni is close, walking (15 mins) or you can walk to the city center (25 mins). or catch a bus nearby. Sofabed available on request. 1 WC with shower

This beautiful and cosy flat is a walking distance from Exeter centre and the footpath/cycling lane in the nearby river leads all the way to the Quay and beyond. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

It’s a comfortable place for work (next to university) and leisure/holidays (less than a miles, 18 mins walking to High Street John Lewis) in high sought after residential area in Exeter, Devon - beauty West Country. Self-contained studio equipped with double bed, sofa bed, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave or induction cooker, cutleries, etc. This is our home, a family run BnB. We try our very best to make you feel home, while this is not a hotel.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
