The patio and breezeway are integral parts of the usable space. One side of Sunrise House has a large living room with a fireplace and huge windows. The house has top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, a mix of new and curated furniture and decor, and beautiful custom art.

POOL & ALL AMENITIES ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! The pool & hot tubs are also heated year round. We are 25 miles from Zion National Park & 7 miles from Sand Hollow reservoir. The waterpark, lazy river, pool, clubhouse, workout room, & additional amenities are included with your stay! There is intermittent construction in the area. There can sometimes be dust and noise from that.
