We are located 10mins from Michaelhouse and 30mins from Midmar Dam. Relax in the peace and quiet of nature, walk along and fish the lovely Mpofana River and explore the small home stores and activities of the Midlands Meander from this peaceful haven. Easy access to local wedding venues, Michaelhouse School and local Midlands Meander attractions.

Rutland Ridge Farm House

This modern farmhouse is situated on a dam, on a working farm, close to the Nottingham Road village. Overlooking a small dam, it is north-facing with views of the surrounding ridge and farm activities. The house has a glass enclosed patio, large open plan living area/kitchen, and four en-suite bedrooms downstairs. The loft area is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom and a TV area.
