1 Bed Studio with Pool

The Green Studio is a spacious one bed hideaway with everything you need for a perfect stay close to Galle Town . Ideal and safe for a single woman traveller. Couples are of course welcome. Being only a 15 minutes Tuk Tuk drive from The Galle Fort and a 10 minutes drive from Unawatuna beach, it makes it the perfect PLACE TO BE Guests have access to the garden, pool, sleeping pavilion, yoga pavilion, small spa and pool. For total privacy they have their own balcony overlooking the garden.

Kikili Paddy Apartment - one bedroom

Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Beach flat with private garden

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

Located only 10 minutes from the beach— Rest + Digest Villa is designed to calm your nervous system by waking you up with bird sounds, dips in the private plunge pool, tropical flower gardens, and expansive rice paddy views! The guesthouse is equipped with an indoor lounge area, air conditioning, kitchenette, patios for sunbathing, outdoor bathroom, yoga deck, and unlimited drinking water.

Licuala Jungle Bungalow (300m from beach)

Licuala's Jungle Bungalow is a uniquely styled and furnished studio. This space was designed to be warm, intimate and cozy. The tinted sliding doors and blackout blinds add to the privacy. This home is known for seeing the most wildlife This is one of five properties on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

The Gatehouse Galle (Adults Only)

The Gatehouse is an exclusive, private self catering getaway for a couple or a solo traveller. It is located at the entrance to the estate and features a private 8-metre pool. It is an ideal home base to explore the local areas of Galle and beyond. Everything you need is provided in stylish, designer luxury. The washing machine and dryer make travelling easy and hiring a scooter from Epic Rides or using Uber or Pick me apps allows easy beach and local historic site access.
