We are starting an attic conversion in our home, on the same premises as Fern Hollow. There will be scaffolding in the back garden, building noises Behind my 1950's semidetached home, Fern Hollow is a hidden gem in Rusthall, near Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built from a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. The living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table. Seating outside.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!
