Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer

Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

Poseidon Family Apartment can host up to 5 guests. It is fully equipped with COCO-MAT sleeping products and toiletries "Zealots of Nature"! The bedroom has a built in bed with a high quality COCO-MAT mattress (200x180cm). The second room is consisted of a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed and a COCO-MAT armchair! Between the two rooms, there is a wide corridor with a single bed! The bathroom has a washing machine and last, but not least there are two private verandas overlooking the villages!

Marilia's Traditional House

Our fully renovated 55 sq.m house, located in Triovasalos, has preserved its traditional style! It consists of one bedroom, a second space with a raised wooden double bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a private large terrace outside. Your stay at the property combines the tranquility of nature with easy access to the beaches, the surrounding villages and the capital of the island. There is free parking next to the house. It is on the upper floor of a two-storey house, has been renovated in 2020 with sensitivity to the traditional Cycladic architecture. Είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο(2021) και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για πολυήμερη διαμονή διακοπών. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες και ζευγάρια για honeymoon!
