Sleep well in the 2 beautiful queen bed rooms with plush mattresses , lots of pillows, and soft sheets. Modern tiled bathroom downstairs with tub shower combo. An open loft with 2 twin beds, and 1/2 bath upstairs. Tiny house type floor plan with spacious feel; vaulted ceilings and lots of windows and great lighting . We live less than 1 mile from the cottage, so we are quickly available for anything the guests need. We will meet guests with the key or if it’s after hours, there is a lockbox. The house is minutes from I-26, yet it feels like the heart of the country, with views of the mountains and cattle grazing in the field next door. Popular tourist destinations Asheville, Greenville, Tryon, Landrum, and Hendersonville are nearby. Plenty of parking in the concrete driveway with turnaround so you can exit safely since our road can get busy at times. Caution, Please be aware of the loft ladder type access if you have toddler age children or babies, this might not be the rental for you. The loft is 8’5” from the living room floor. There will be an escape ladder under the twin beds upstairs that can be hung out the upstairs window in case of fire.

This family lake house is built on beautiful lake Lanier. Just ten minutes from Tryon North Carolina and Landrum South Carolina. The house offers beautiful views of Hogback Mountain from our private patio, it is on the water, has a dock, canoe, gas grill,and a rooftop deck overlooking the water. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided.
