In 1924, my family built something extraordinary—the only hotel on this side of the river. Now, 100 years later, we’ve brought that story to life again in our vintage apartment. Every detail is a tribute to the past, from the carefully preserved architecture to touches of classic design. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
