Ha un ampio open space, 2 camere matrimoniali, entrambe con vista mare e 2 bagni, di cui uno con vasca idromassaggio e un ampio parcheggio riservato e gratuito davanti alla casa. E' un casale dell’800 recentemente ristrutturato rispettando le caratteristiche storiche con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto. La villa è immersa in oliveti e vigneti e dispone di una piscina (12x6) con acqua salata, un luogo tranquillo dove trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
