La casa si trova in una piazza vicina al centro storico, al terzo ed ultimo piano di un palazzo del '600, una volta teatro. Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori. A 10 minuti dall' aeroporto internazionale di Bari " Karol Wojtyla ", a 4 minuti di macchina dallo sbocco stradale per la S.S. 16bis e autostrada A14. La casa dista a 2 passi dal mare, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia libera, con possibilità di parcheggiare sotto casa.

Situata sulla costa di levante con una vista mozzafiato sul mare fin dai sui interni luminosi ed eleganti, la struttura dove ora sorgono i moderni appartamenti è stata fondata nel 1881 da mio nonno ed erano le stalle di famiglia. Sull'ampio balcone fronte mare puoi fare colazione guardando l'alba prima di fare una piacevole passeggiata nelle fresche stradine del borgo antico o un bel tuffo in mare. La sua posizione è invidiabile all'ingresso del borgo antico sulla linea delle vecchie mura.
