OG mit gemütlichem Balkon und direktem Blick auf den Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel befindet sich zwischen Pörtschach und Velden und direkt am Radweg, welcher um den Wörthersee führt. Es bietet leichte Erreichbarkeit mit Auto, Bus und Bahn (ca. 100m). Das Lebensmittelgeschäft (ca. 20m) ist im Sommer täglich geöffnet. Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung (50m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Wander- und Schiberg Gerlitzen. Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Nur 350m entfernt, fußläufig gut erreichbar, liegt der öffentliche, kostenlose Seezugang (Toiletten, Umkleidekabinen vorhanden). Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

It is located directly by the river, of which you have a wonderful view from the terrace. The cabin has two large double beds and a private bathroom. Amenities include a minibar / fridge.
