We are rurally located with about 15-20 mins of single track Devon lane driving to us...but its worth it.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first being an end double with TV plus small basin and toilet, the second has 2 single beds. A sunny lounge and fully fitted kitchen which has a full sized gas cooker, fridge-freezer and everything you need to prepare any meals. There is a smart TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi. Duvets and bedlinen are supplied. Small contained courtyard. Free parking available for 1 vehicle onsite.
