Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour drive and the nearest beach, located in Pakostane, is only 15 km away.

Apartment is on the second floor of Villa Bella Vista apartment house which is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is close (200-500 metres) to all the shops, beaches, restaurants and just a little away from the daily rush and crowds. The Villa has big heated pool (8x4 metres) which is shared with other 3 apartments in the house as well as the garden and children playground. It has private parking.- all in price. Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Na plaži nema gužve, a za još ugodniji boravak na plaži, na raspolaganju su vam i ležaljke, prostirke za ležaljke i ručnici za plažu. Ispred kuće, u moru možete privezati i manji brod.
