The pretty village of Winterbourne St. Martin (Martinstown) has a great pub and a super village shop both within a short walk. Close to the Jurassic Coast and spectacular country views, its the perfect place to chill after a walk, a day at the beach (approx five miles away) or visiting the many attractions in and around Dorchester. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.
