There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

It offers modern, spacious and light accommodation for 2-3 people, benefitting from it's own entrance and private back garden with views over the fields. A parking space on our driveway is included. Chiltern Retreat | Relax, Work & Explore

Lovely farmyard conversion 30 minutes from Oxford

The Old Smithy is a great place to get away from it all but it is only 40 miles from London and 12 miles from Oxford. It is located on a working farm and used to be where the farm horses were shod. The Old Smithy was converted a few years ago and has a big living space on the ground floor with a double bedrooom and a bathroom. Go up the stairs onto the mezzanine floor and their are 2 single beds and a workspace with a table to work at.
