The hut is comfortable with modern facilities for short or long stays. Set in the countryside, in a wooded area which is surrounded by fields, beside Fairbourne Lake covering 4.8 acres. There is a further 3.2 acres of woodland on private land, to wander at your leisure. All not far from Romsey and the Test Valley.

Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Abbey Water Rooms, in the heart of Romsey, overlooks a tributary of the River Test and has views towards Romsey Abbey. Shops, cafes and local attractions are within 2 minutes walk. In a self contained annexe the accommodation consists of: Ground floor- sitting room or 2nd bedroom ( Queen bed) and shower room. First floor - staircase to small landing with kitchenette and basin, main bedroom (King bed) and Smart TV. Tea, coffee and cereal is included and there is off road parking.
