Nirvana Orchard is spread over 12 acres of land with 4 independent cottages & several common areas for guests to use. While in the property, guests can visit the aviaries and enjoy bird-watching, play sports & other board games available at the property and also request for a tent to be set up alongside a bonfire. It has amazing views of the Malsi Forest in the east and the Mussorie hills in the north. We have a lush green lawn with blooming flower beds. There is ample space to feel free, enjoy nature with most beautiful view of the foothills and the sunset. It is about 50 minutes from the Dehradun airport and about five minutes from Mussoorie road.

Laid back Homestay in Dalanwala

Set in lush green surroundings you will get a farmhouse feel with beautiful gardens and orchards. In the garden we have many fruit trees and seasonal organic vegetables. It is a west side facing ground floor unit with one big room. There is one kitchen and one bathroom. There is a private sitting area at the entrance where the guests can sit in and enjoy nature while sipping on hot tea. We also provide freshly prepared pure vegetarian home cooked meals (pre ordered at a nominal cost).

There is a continuous sound of water flowing which is very soothing. A small dam exists close by. The farm has a cow and fresh milk can be tasted free of cost. Honey bee keeping is also done. This is besides regular farming of famous Dehradun basmati rice , wheat and vegetables. Short treks can also be arranged.
