Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

Our apartment is located in the very center of historical part of Tbilisi. We are on the first floor of the famous Georgian painter´s, Elene Akhvlediani museum. The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

The house has two levels - sitting room with a kitchenette downstairs and attic sleeping room. Renovated in style, with art works, a designer staircase and a living rock in the interior. Has a private terrace with a stunning view over Tbilisi. is in the center of old Tbilisi under Narikala fortress - the main tourist area with bars, cafes and night life. Stairs street leading to the house (like the 4th floor). For extra fee we help with airport transfer and lifting luggage.

A real Tbilisi home, full of light and greenery. It is located in one of the best areas of Tbilisi, Mtatsminda, just 260 metres from Rustaveli Avenue, the city’s main street. Museums, restaurants and the main sights are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. The House is built more than 200 years ago, but recently renovated and equipped with all necessary household devices, kitchen utensils and amenities specially for our guests.
