La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.
