Located on an acre and a half, the grounds are landscaped in native plants and towering pines and oaks. A primary feature of the house is its wraparound screen porch where guests can gather for meals and to listen to the birds. Built of barge board, the cottage has been renovated with modern amenities but maintains its historic character and charm.

Little lodge

The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

This secluded 3-bedroom cabin has everything you need for your perfect Louisiana-getaway. No traffic, noise or people. Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.

Nestled right on the edge of the Old River Wildlife Management Area, in Henlyfield, MS, you will have plenty of land to hunt, ride ATV’s or fish on the river (with proper permits/licenses of course!). A public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away which allows access to the Old River( by boat is the best way to fish). If hunting or fishing is not your thing, you can come enjoy the great outdoors or hang out by the fire pit.

Rustic country charm! "Chickie's Roost" is a two story apartment like space in a barn overlooking a farm and a beautiful pecan orchard. Private entrance, upstairs is an open loft with queen bed, full bed, futon, TV, sink, microwave, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers and bathroom. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The outdoor space is great for a variety of activities such as barbecuing, campfires, and crawfish boils. The house has boat access to a waterway that leads to the tchefuncte river, which is great for watersports. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
