The flat is centrally located in the heart of Budapest (Keleti Railway station). Bars and clubs are close by, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. 8-10 minutes walk from the Heroes’s Square, Citypark, Zoo, Széchenyi Bath. It is close to shops, international restaurants. Fully renovated (floor-heating system, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom). Also has dish-washer, hotplate, washing machine, oven/microwave, hairdryer, towels. You can enjoy SmartTV, Netfilx, HBO.. We are sure you will enjoy your stay!

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Prime Park Apartment

Its a well equipped quaet peaceful and modern flat close to the Heroe square, Andrassy street, Szechenyi Bath, and museums. These are about 15-minutes of walking. The apartment is next to the Citypark. There is a bus stop in front of the house (20 meters) takes you to the top center. At the corner (50 meters from the flat) there is an automatic bicicle rental. Grocery store, in front. At the Heroe square you have the "Hop On Hop Off" tourbus line main station, and the Millennium Metro Nr.-1

Quiet, centrally located, so you can easily reach the main sights of the city, by foot or by public transport, which is in front of the apartment. Parking in the garage 100 meters away is free of charge for 1 car. Breakfast is included in the price and is available in California Coffee near the apartment. The apartment next to it is also for rent.

On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)

Lakhelyünk jól megközelíthető, jó infrastruktúrával rendelkező helyen, Budapesten, a Parlamenttől pár buszmegálló-, a Margit szigettől és az M3 metró Göncz Árpád városközpont megállótól séta távolságra, közvetlen a Dagály strandfürdő mellett található. A közelben bolt, éttermek, jó parkolási lehetőség (fizetős). A város közepén vagy, mégis békés helyen, ahol valóban kipihenheted magad!

Ez az autentikus budapesti kislakás egy most Spanyolországban angolt tanító barátnőmé, így kiadó. Ebben a jól felszerelt lakásban találsz angol nyelvű könyveket, társasjátékokat is, és sok szép szobanövény lakja, valamint világos, szomszédoktól mentes napsütötte erkélye is van. Becsüld meg és kérlek vigyázz rá :) A háznak lelke van ^-^ érezd jól magad! A társasházban előfordulhat időnként környezeti zaj, melyre nincs közvetlen ráhatásom.

We recommend the cottage primarily to hiking and nature lovers. :) Tourist tax is not included in the price.

Verőce is a perfect place for relaxing, hiking, biking, canoeing. Here you will find our guest house, the ODU House, with a wonderful view across the Danube Bend. The house is located on a quiet, hidden place, 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village and from the Danube. The house has a unique style with beautiful interior design. The inviting garden is suitable for playing, relaxing and cooking.
