There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

In case of cooler weather, you can heat a wood-burning tile stove. There is no air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the property for free.Tihany centre is 30 minutes walk. Balatonfüred is 10 minutes by car.
