Ideally located for a flat stroll by the sea to bustling Mumbles village with a wide range of restaurants, cafe-bars, pubs, independent shops & M&S food. Easy access to nearby beaches and the stunning Gower peninsula with Three cliffs Bay, Rhosilli, Worms head and coastal walks. Near Swansea Uni, Wales National Pool, Singleton & Clyne Parks.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.

The iconic Mumbles Pier, Langland & Rotherslade Bay are within walking distance, and a short drive is Caswell Bay and the Gower Peninsula. The Shack - a renovated hundred year old chalet on a quiet lane close to Mumbles cricket club, 100 m away from the cliff top path that goes from Limeslade beach to Langland Bay. It is a lovely, beachy, quirky, coastal space that is perfect on the inside and work-in-progress on the outside!! A great base for Mumbles and The Gower. With a kingsize bed covered in base price we can also sleep two others - in the second bedroom -on a comfy pull-out daybed (an extra charge of £ 10 guest/night).

The cabin is nestled among the trees in a quiet location along a single track lane. It has been lovingly designed as a unique space to unwind and enjoy the local area. Every detail and design feature has been thought through – Anglepoise lamps, Toast wool cushions, Ercol table and chairs, Welsh slate floor to name but a few.

Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

A delightful fisherman’s cottage just off the seafront. It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.
