Hidden away in the middle of the town centre, This large house is ideal for a maximum of 6 people who wish to have plenty of room and not feel cramped. The Kitchen has a Smeg Range Cooker and an American French door fridge freezer. The house is huge and gorgeous! Parts of the house are very retro which add to its charm. All the bedrooms are a great size. The old servants bells are a lot of fun and there are plenty of TV's and a Sonos music system so you can get high quality music on demand!

The Garden Room is at rear of main house and has its own front door and separate entrance so guests come and go as they please. Designated outside seating ( up steps). Parking on site. Continental breakfast is provided 8.30am. Check in 3pm checkout 10.00am.

Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pet

The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work!
