A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Comfortable Unit.

Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area which is off street. There is a gas bbq outside the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with bar stools. The unit has a washing machine and a wash line on the verandah. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a dining table and tv lounge. The bedroom space has a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit but smoking outside is fine.

You'll love this curated guest suite which is a separate and private part to the owner's home, surrounded by hills and leafy streets and located in a service lane off the main road which gives it even more privacy. We are located in the homelands of the Turrbal and Jagera peoples at the foothill of Mount Coot-tha National Park and The Botanical Gardens. Quiet , comfy and close to the CBD. If you're coming to Brisbane to visit the CIty, QPAC or Southbank Parklands, then my place will suit you perfectly. Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
