3 bd home, pool, tropical tranquil, close shopping

Come and relax in the quiet backyard, lounge by the (unheated) pool all day. We have both charcoal & Propane BBQ's, outdoor dining and 2 outdoor living rooms. Indoors you will find a spacious, well stocked kitchen, the living room has a large smart TV and WIFI. The large master bedroom has its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV. There is also a pack&play and many toys for kids to use. There are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom . Sofa bed & airbed w/ linens in the closet.

No parties allowed at this house. If you are planning a party, please look for another home. Welcome to Woodrow Retreat! The house features a remodeled kitchen unlike anything you will find in this area. Marble backsplash and a huge counter for entertaining. The house has ample room for 8 guests. There is a 65 inch TV and electric reclining couches and loveseat in the living room. Spring training site for the Rangers and Royals is 5 miles away.
