"Gelso 2" dista 200 mt dalla baia Punta Scario, 700 m dal porticciolo dei pescatori e 300 m dal centro del paese. Due viali di ingresso accedono alla casa uno lato baia Punta Scario e l'altro lato via Nilo centro del paese. Si compone di camera matrimoniale con bagno e propria terrazza vista mare, camera con due letti singoli con soluzione per altro matrimoniale, cucina pranzo, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, secondo bagno e ampia seconda terrazza attrezzata vista mare e tramonto.

La Residenza, affacciata sulla splendida Baia di Canneto, nell'Isola di Lipari, è una antica dimora signorile recentemente ristrutturata, che gode di una delle più belle viste delle isole Eolie. Aria condizionata in tutte le camere, sala e cucina. La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 60 scalini). Our holiday home is on the 2nd floor, It consists of a kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed for one and a half, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as 2 large covered terraces with sea view and it can accommodate 2 to 4 people; The terraces are both equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, there is a barbecue and a sun terrace with sun loungers.

It is down a side street to the main road traveling from the port to the village center. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, families with children and furry friends (pets)

No difficulties except some steps to get to it. 1 minute walking from the road. Cars can be parked easily by the house. Ask a quote for more than 2 guests.
