Greetings from Casa Luigi! Our cosy ground floor apartment is situated in a recently renovated house right in Baveno's historic centre. It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Den er renoveret i skandinavisk stil og har en rummelig åben planløsning (stue, spisestue, køkken), tre soveværelser, to badeværelser (det ene er 0,80 kvm), en balkon og en stor terrasse.Dette er mit hjem, fyldt med mine originale kunstværker.Som kunstner prioriterer jeg økologi og genbrug. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.
