This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Welcome to our modern apartment with perfect sea view. Apartment consists of 3  bedrooms, 3 AIRCONDITION, 2 bathroom, living room with the kitchen and dining room with sofa bed. Your accomodation includes garden with jacuzzi and playground for kids, terrace with grill and parking space reserved only for you. We are situated in Podstrana, behind popular hotel-resort Le Meridian Lav, 4 minutes(150 m) to the beach (shortcut without crossing the road only with stairs). It is apartment for 7 persons.

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

This Penthouse Apartment is the perfect place for every season. The outdoor space with a dining and lounge area is ideal for dining in the sun light and enjoying even colder winter nights in the hot tub. Its location is perfect for exploring the beauty of central Dalmatia. It is located in Žrnovnica, which is a settlement within the city of Split. Cities like Omiš, Trogir and Makarska and beautiful beaches are all very near and approachable, especially if you are travelling with a car.
