Note steep internal stairs. A duplex offering 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We can sleep 7 but the house is more comfortable for a smaller group.

In a peaceful neighborhood comprising of mostly holiday homes, it has views of the river 50 meters away. A wide deck with a braai envelopes the living area on two sides. The unlimited fibre internet means the house is great for home working. The garden is enclosed and ideal for kids. Outdoors you can choose between the river walk, calm river beach, rock pools, coastal walk or several beaches.

It is situated in a cul de sac with a big communal lawn for kids to enjoy. It is ideal for any beach and lagoon lover and is close to quick shops, thrift shops and a restaurant.
