The main floor has an open concept layout with fully equipped kitchen area and rocking/reclining loveseat to watch a 55” TV. The bathroom with large shower is off this room, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer. The loft upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with a desk. It’s two miles from area hospitals and WVU’s Evansdale campus but has a country-quiet feel with back porch and yard.
